Booking & payment
Training packages are offered at the prices listed on the Packages page. Your session is confirmed once a date is agreed. Payment terms are arranged directly with Anna at the time of booking.
In-home sessions
Sessions take place in your home and local environment around Ann Arbor and Washtenaw County. There's no extra charge for travel under one hour from Ann Arbor; longer distances can be arranged in advance.
Rescheduling
Life happens. If you need to reschedule, please give as much notice as you can and we'll find a new time that works.
Results
Every dog and family is different. We use proven, force-free methods and provide lifetime support, but progress depends on consistent follow-through at home. We can't guarantee specific outcomes.
Support & resources
Your package includes ongoing phone and email support and lifetime access to the training video library. These are for your personal use in training your own dog.
