Compassion
I'm genuinely concerned about every dog's physical and emotional well-being — and I treat each one as the individual they are.
I help families find the peaceful, calm household everyone can enjoy — by teaching dogs to trust the people who love them.

♡ Ann Arbor, MIMy journey in dog training began back in 2002, while I was running a successful pet care business. Working with all kinds of dogs — every breed, age and temperament you can imagine — taught me how much a calm, trusting relationship changes everything at home.
What I strive for, with every family I meet, is the peaceful and calm household that all family members can enjoy. When a dog finally understands the rules of the house, the whole home softens.
In my free time you'll find me behind a camera, volunteering for the Huron Valley Humane Society, and studying theology. I believe everyone — dog and human alike — benefits from a trusting relationship with their dog.
A straight line, really — every step led toward helping more dogs and more families feel at ease.
Caring for Ann Arbor-area dogs and families day in and day out — and learning, dog by dog, what trust really looks like.
Studying the Dog Calming Code — the same psychology-based method that has helped 80,000+ dogs around the world.
I learned to establish gentle, force-free leadership — no bribes, no fear, no gadgets — that works with a dog's natural instincts.
In-home, psychology-based training across Washtenaw County — coming to you, with the whole family included.
I'm genuinely concerned about every dog's physical and emotional well-being — and I treat each one as the individual they are.
I show up, I follow through, and I take the time a dog needs to truly trust — never rushing the relationship.
No yelling, fear or force, and no harmful gadgets. Just calm, trusting leadership that works with your dog's instincts.
Caring for dogs goes well beyond my work. I volunteer my time with the Huron Valley Humane Society because every dog deserves patience, compassion, and a chance at a calm, happy home.
Tell me a little about your dog and what you'd love to change at home. You'll hear back from me personally — no call centers, ever.
